Alexi Noble
Owner · Master Dance Instructor

Alexi teaches across more than 25 dance styles and has been social dancing since she was fourteen. She started teaching professionally in 2016, studying under Natalia Lind and Michael Kuka, and has taught thousands of students since. She likes beginners best, and the moment somebody realises they can do it. She founded her first social club in Los Angeles in 2015 and runs this one now.

What to expect

Our monthly practice social is a great way to work on the choreography and the songs we have been learning in class, with plenty of time and nobody counting you in.

Everybody dances in rows rather than with a partner, so you never need to bring anybody and you never sit out for want of someone to dance with. The dances repeat, which is what makes them easy to pick up from the back of the room. Watch one through, join in on the next one, and you will usually have it by the third.

Worth knowing

No partner required

Line dancing is danced in rows, so you can come on your own and never sit one out.

A mix through the night

Beginner, intermediate and advanced songs across the evening, so there is always something to sit out and something to jump into.

Open to all levels

Everybody is welcome, whether you have been dancing for years or have never tried a single one.

New to it? Come at 8pm

The beginner line dance class runs at 8:00 PM, right before the social. It is an easy way to learn a couple of dances first and then stay on for the night.

Support the club

Everything here is free to attend, and donations are what keep it that way. They cover the space, the supplies and the running costs, and they let us add new free programming rather than charging for it.
