Hustle was born in the discotheques of New York City in the early 1970s, a fast, smooth partner dance that became the defining movement of the disco era. Immortalized in Saturday Night Fever, the Hustle is danced to the same four-on-the-floor beats that drove disco and continues to work beautifully with the house, funk, and contemporary music of today.

She has been teaching professionally since 2016 and has taught thousands of people.
